SUBJECT: Revisions to REMN’s Conventional AMC Map

Changes are being made to REMN Wholesale’s conventional AMC map.
REMN is adding Ascend Appraisal Solutions Group LLC as an approved AMC. Ascend will be the designated AMC for conventional loans in the state of CO. This change will be effective for new loan registrations on or after Friday June 21, 2024. If your conventional loan is registered on or after June 21, and the subject property is located in CO, you must order the appraisal through Ascend AMC.
A copy of the new conventional AMC map can be accessed here. Guidelines, portal and website will be updated for this change.
