SUBJECT: Revisions to REMN’s Conventional AMC Map

Changes are being made to REMN Wholesale’s conventional AMC map.
REMN is adding Halo AMC as an approved AMC. Halo will be the designated AMC for conventional loans in the states of NJ, NY, and PA. This change will be effective for new loan registrations on or after Friday May 3, 2024. If your conventional loan is registered on or after May 3, and the subject property is located in NJ, NY, or PA, you must order the appraisal through Halo AMC.
Below is a copy of the new conventional AMC map. Guidelines, portal and website will be updated for this change.
